Absolutely!!
Play the first round normally, score all holes and end the round, confirm the score and select the tee box.
Then tap "Play Golf" (fig 1)

Then Tap "Stats" (fig 2)
Tap on the Number of rounds you have in the top right corner, your rounds will now be displayed in newest to oldest.
Select your first 9 hole round.
On the Course Summary Screen tap "Combine 9 Hole Round" (fig 3)
Out of the list of available nine hole rounds, tap on the other nine you played that day. (fig 4)
You will be asked to confirm. (Fig 5)
Then you will see the combined 9 hole courses for the 18 hole round. (fig 6)While on the course, you can play the first nine and after you score the 18th hole tap "Play hole 1."
The app will prompt you that you are playing a 9 hole course and if you'd like to play another for 18.
Click Yes then you will get the play golf screen with all the courses listed, you can pick the same course you are on and continue for the back nine, or you can choose another nine if this is a multi 9 hole facility.
Score the back nine as played and confirm your score and select your tee box.
The round will be listed in your rounds as the first played 9 holes but will have the 18 hole total score.
