I am able to run GolfLogix fine on my iPhone (iOS 11.2.1), but my Watch asks me to start a round on the iPhone first, then the watch. When I do that, it continually says the same thing, and offers a button "refresh" -- which does nothing. How do I get GolfLogix running on my Watch?

I have the same problem with a Watch 2. The Golf Logix app works fine on the iPhone 7 Plus, but the app of the watch is permanently frozen to requesting I refresh the connection.

Is anyone from golflogix going to answer this issue as I have just paid for the premium membership for the iwatch capabilities and it won’t get past “refresh” and upgrade to “championship” membership??

Mine didn’t the same thing,I restarted both and they synced up fine

Same issue with apple watch series 3. resorted with several times but only get refresh screen on watch.

I have the same issue. Worked fine months ago. No it wants me to refresh. But hitting the refresh button does nothing.

1. Start round on phone.
2. Select starting hole on phone.
3. Open app on watch.
4. If does not sync up, restart watch.

I’m unable to get apple watch 3 to sync with GolfLogix app . Works fine on iPhone . Used to work but won’t work anymore - I’ve tried all the suggestions

same thing here - I've tried all the recommendations. Rebooting iWatch and iPhone have no effect. the problem is intermittent. It won't find the iPhone
