So you just completed a great round with a great score, you're proud and you should be!
Now you want to share this great round with your friends, here's how:
1. From the main screen select "Stats" on the bottom left.
2. On your profile banner at the top where it shows the number of "ROUNDS" tap on the number.
3. Then scroll down and find the Round you want to share and tap on it.
4. In the upper right corner of the screen you'll see the "Share" button.
5. You can then choose what media you wish to share with, email, facebook, twitter, etc.

Need to verify your Membership Status?First let's close the application:For iOS:Force close the app in iOS (You can also turn the phone off)
For Android:
Hit the back button on your phone until you reach the prompt "Do you want to Exit the App?"
Now let's verify:
Once closed reopen the GolfLogix app.
Choose the "Stats" button on the bottom left.
Across from your name look for the "Plus" or "Premium" (Premium, is now a Legacy status) box.

There is a rare occasion when the data is being sync'd, that it gets interrupted.
In order to update your application and allow entering scores syncing, please open the GolfLogix application on your phone.
Once the application is launched, choose "More" at the bottom right.
Then press on "Settings"
Then press on "Sync Data."
If this does not fix the issue, please contact Member Support.

There is the option to receive either actual aerial imagery or an artist's rendition, if both are available for the course in question.
To set your default choice, navigate to "More" from the bottom screen options.
Then "Settings." In the settings screen select "Round Settings."
Find "Green/Fairway Imagery." Select which imagery you wish to receive by default.
Then just hit "Back" at the top left of the screen.

So you have one or a few courses that are closed down or you won't ever play again and you'd like to remove them from your computer.
Just follow the simple steps below to remove the courses.
1) Open the course manager software.
2) Select the "Load" screen.
3) On the right side of the screen you will see "Selected Courses" please clear all or any courses listed.
4) Now with the "Selected Courses" being empty you can scroll through the list of courses on the left and click the ones you want removed from your computer.
5) Once you have the courses you want removed listed in "Selected Courses," simply push the delete key on your keyboard. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion, then they will be removed from the computer.
6) "WAIT! I deleted one by mistake!" No worries, simply go back to the "Search" page in the program and re-save it.

You will have to cancel your subscription through the Play store as below.
First open the Play store app on your phone.
In the upper left or right corner you will see three lines press them.
A menu should open from the left, from here select My Account.
In your account page you should find a section labeled Subscriptions.
Find the GolfLogix Subscription, take note of the renewal date.
From here you can Cancel the renewal.
After the old renewal date has passed you may re-purchase through the play store for the yearly price.

Using GPS and leaving your screen on the entire time, on your smartphone can deplete the battery faster than normal. The following are some tips to help you manage that:
1) Make sure to adjust your screen brightness to as low as you can comfortably still see it.
2) Ensure you are not running any other apps in the background.
3) The Best battery saver is to "lock" or "Blank" your screen on your phone, by tapping the power button once, in between shots.
For Android users all of the above are helpful, and you can also go into App Settings, from the main menu, then Set Defaults and turn the "GPS Live on Autolock" to "off."
This will use much less battery however, it will take longer for the GPS to track your distances so you may want to "Unlock" your phone farther from the shot than normal.

If you need to change from Monthly to Yearly and you upgraded through iTUnes then you will have to cancel your subscription through iTunes as below.
You will need to turn off the subscription renewal in your iTunes account

Once the current membership has expired, you can renew your GolfLogix account online at: golflogix.com/PremiumMembership.aspx?priceType=2, or repurchase through iTunes by upgrading in app.
If you are Upgrading through the website: Make sure to fill out the form and include your registered email and password. You will get a prompt telling you An account already exists with that email, would you like to use it.
Click YES Make sure you close the application and re-open it to activate it.

If you are direct billed and would like to update your billing information or cancel, please go to www.golflogix.com/page/clubhouse-login/ and enter your username and password.
After you are logged in, click on "Edit Account" which is next to your name.
Then on the line that says Memberships click on the "Edit" located to the right.
If you are updating, click the Change Card box at the bottom. This will open a form to fill out with the new info.
Enter in the new credit/ debit card information and click "Update my billing information".
If you are cancelling, then click Cancel Membership

If you've recently updated your MAC to a recent OS your OS WILL NOT support the driver and software now.
Click here for the website, Prolific Drivers
Download and install the driver without the unit being plugged in.
Then reboot your computer.
Run the course manager and attempt to load.
When the software tells you to "Turn on and plug in" your GPS, that's when you plug the USB cable in.
If the Prolific link didn't work above, then cut and paste it in your Safari browser.

Then, on the Round you want to share simply press the View Summary.
On the summary screen you'll see the Share button.
Touch this, and choose how you want to share your round.

When you are close to the green or you have the pin locations already, and you want to adjust where the pin is, the set pin feature is a great tool to dial in that target yardage.
First hit the Set Pin Icon in the upper right corner of the play screen.
Then simply touch where you want the pin to be set to
After that, select save and it will save the pin to that location for this round.

Please ensure that you sync any previously played rounds you would like to retain prior to completing this step. You may Sync your rounds with the "Sync" button located in the clubhouse. If the issue is losing rounds or rounds not syncing, this process will likely erase any rounds not on the website. Please manually record them in another format if you wish to save the information.
The following is how to uninstall and install the GolfLogix application for the iPhone.
Uninstall GolfLogix:
1) Press and hold the icon for "GolfLogix" approx 3 seconds and all the icons should start to wiggle.
2) Next, press the "X" and choose the "Delete" option to remove the application.
After the application is deleted, it is imperative that you power cycle your phone (turn it off for approximately 1 minute, then re-power on). Please note that this requires holding the power button until being prompted "Slide to Power Off." Simply tapping the Power button to turn off the backlight does not turn the phone off.
Install GolfLogix:
In order to download the Golflogix Application to your iPhone please follow the instructions below:
1. Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone.
2. Once the App Store is open, please click on the "Search" option towards the bottom-right of the screen .
3. Type in the word "GolfLogix" in the search engine, once you finish typing in the name of the application , please press the "Search" button on the bottom-right of your keyboard.
4. Once the application is presented , please press the "free," "Install," "get" or "the cloud iCon" button.
5. The iPhone device may ask you for your iTunes log-in credentials. Please enter the required information and the application will begin to download.
6. Once the application is downloaded, the icon will appear on your device.
7. Upon opening the app for the first time, you will see a message saying "Updating Database" or "Loading." This may take several minutes to complete, and needs to be allowed to proceed without closing the app or rebooting the phone.

The Apple watch is connected to the phone through Bluetooth.
As the Apple watch does not have an actual GPS chip in it, GPS data is pulled from the phone.
To ensure accuracy of distances on the watch, we suggest you lock the phone and put it in your pocket.
You can scroll up the crown dial on the watch and hit "Next Hole" to advance to the next hole in the app.
