For Apple Users
If you have paid through Apple, and are not showing as a Premium or Plus member, then you may need to re-send the token.
This is done by tapping the "More" button and then the last item in the list should be "Restore Purchase." Tap that option, then when it is finished tap the stats button and verify your membership in the top right of that screen. If you did not have a "Restore Purchase" then you will have to delete the app from the phone, then download it again from the app store.
For Android Users
Please contact Membersupport@GolfLogix.com with the proof of purchase. You can send a screen shot from your Subscriptions page or the email with the Google Order number (Looks like GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345).
